Illinois High School Football - Evanston held off by Glenbrook North
October 13, 2023: Evanston, IL 60201 Glenbrook North Spartans (Northbrook, IL) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the host Evanston Wildkits (Evanston, IL), 28-21 in a league test.
With the triumph, Glenbrook North improves its record to 2-6 on the campaign. The Spartans host Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL) to battle the Titans in a Central Suburban - South test on Friday, October 20. The Titans come into the test with a record of 3-5. Glenbrook South won 35-20 in their recent league test against New Trier (Winnetka, IL)
With the loss, Evanston drops to 3-5 on the campaign. The Wildkits travel to Maine South (Park Ridge, IL) to battle the Hawks in a Central Suburban - South test on Friday, October 20. The Hawks come into the test with a record of 7-1. Maine South won 49-17 in their recent league test against Deerfield (Deerfield, IL)
