The Ridge Point Panthers football squad scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Fort Bend Clements Rangers to 0 in the Panthers league victory on Friday.

The Panthers now possess a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Bend Austin for a 6A Region III District 20 battle on Friday, October 20. Ridge Point will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 35-13 league loss to Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-3.

Coming up next, the Rangers play the Fort Bend Bush Broncos (Richmond, TX) in a 6A Region III District 20 battle, on Thursday, October 19. Fort Bend Clements will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record. The Broncos enter the battle with a 1-6 record after their 29-10 league win over Fort Bend Elkins (Missouri City, TX).
