Illinois High School Football - Plainfield East can't get by Joliet West
October 13, 2023: Joliet, IL 60435 Joliet West Tigers (Joliet, IL) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the visiting Plainfield East Bengals (Plainfield, IL), 17-15 in a league test.
With the triumph, Joliet West improves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Plainfield Central (Plainfield, IL) to confront the Wildcats in a Southwest Prairie - East test on Friday, October 20. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 4-4. Plainfield Central won 23-20 in their recent league test against Plainfield South (Plainfield, IL)
With the loss, Plainfield East drops to 3-5 on the campaign. The Bengals host Romeoville (Romeoville, IL) to confront the Spartans in a Southwest Prairie - East test on Friday, October 20. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 1-7. Romeoville won 46-14 in their recent league test against Joliet Central (Joliet, IL)
