The Norristown Eagles football team (Norristown, PA), was ripped 40-0 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Perkiomen Valley Vikings (Collegeville, PA)

The Vikings (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Boyertown (Boyertown, PA). The Bears come into the Pioneer - Liberty challenge with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, Boyertown was ripped by Owen J. Roberts (Pottstown, PA), 40-14, in a league challenge.

The Eagles now have a 0-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Spring-Ford for a Pioneer - Liberty match on Friday, October 20. Norristown will clash with a Rams squad coming off a 30-7 league win over Methacton (Norristown, PA). The Rams record now stands at 7-1.
