The Upper Merion Area Vikings football team (King of Prussia, PA), was beaten 38-20 in Friday's league challenge with the host Pottsgrove Falcons (Pottsgrove, PA)

The Falcons (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Upper Perkiomen (Pennsburg, PA). The Indians come into the Pioneer - Frontier challenge with a 1-7 record. In their last challenge, Upper Perkiomen was beaten by Phoenixville (Phoenixville, PA), 49-21, in a league challenge.

The Vikings now sport a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pottstown for a Pioneer - Frontier challenge on Friday, October 20. Upper Merion Area will meet a Trojans team coming off a 38-6 league loss to Pope John Paul II (Royersford, PA). The Trojans record now stands at 4-4.
