October 13, 2023: Cumberland Center, ME 04021 The Mount Abram Roadrunners (Strong, ME) soccer nipped the host Greely Rangers (Cumberland Center, ME), 1-0 in Friday's non-league bout.
With the victory, Mount Abram moves its record to 13-0 on the year. The Roadrunners travel to Maranacook (Readfield, ME) to battle the Black Bears in a Class C - South bout on Monday, October 16. The Black Bears enter the bout with a record of 0-13. Maranacook lost 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Monmouth Academy (Monmouth, ME)
In their next game, the Rangers battle the Wells Warriors (Wells, ME) in a Class B - South bout, on Tuesday, October 17. Greely will attempt to move on its 8-4 season record. The Warriors enter the bout with a 4-7 record after their 6-1 league loss to Fryeburg (Fryeburg, ME).
