The Royal Highlanders topped the host Birmingham Patriots volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.

The Highlanders now have a 23-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grant for a non-league test on Friday, October 13. Royal will confront a Lancers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Verdugo Hills (Tujunga, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 13-12.

The Patriots (10-13) will now prepare for their test against Faith Lutheran (Las Vegas, NV). The Crusaders enter the non-league test with a 17-9 record. In their last test, Faith Lutheran gained a win over Silverado (Las Vegas, NV), 3-0, in a league test.
