Delaware High School Volleyball - DuPont over William Penn
October 13, 2023: Wilmington, DE 19807 DuPont Tigers (Wilmington, DE) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting William Penn Colonials (New Castle, DE), 3-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Howard Wildcats (Wilmington, DE) in a Blue Hen Flight - B match, on Monday, October 16. DuPont will attempt to advance on its 6-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the match with a 2-9 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to ASPIRA Charter (Newark, DE).
With the loss, William Penn drops to 3-8 on the campaign. The Colonials travel to St. Georges Tech (Middletown, DE) to clash with the Hawks in a non-league match on Wednesday, October 18. The Hawks come into the match with a record of 9-4.
