Maryland High School Soccer - Frederick knocks off Governor Thomas Johnson
October 13, 2025: Frederick, MD 21701 Frederick Cadets (Frederick, MD) backers exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Governor Thomas Johnson Patriots (Frederick, MD), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Frederick advances its record to 2-7 on the campaign. The Cadets travel to Boonsboro (Boonsboro, MD) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 15. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 6-6. Boonsboro won 4-2 in their recent non-league bout against Catoctin (Thurmont, MD)
With the loss, Governor Thomas Johnson moves to 1-11 on the year. The Patriots travel to Middletown (Middletown, MD) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 16. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 7-3. Middletown won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Brunswick (Brunswick, MD)
