In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Avon Pirates volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Menno Wolves.

The Pirates (13-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Viborg/Hurley (Viborg, SD). The Cougars enter the non-league challenge with a 3-15 record. In their last challenge, Viborg/Hurley was beaten by Sioux Falls Lutheran (Sioux Falls, SD), 3-0, in a non-league test.

The Wolves now own a 3-23 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hanson for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 14. Menno will face a Beavers squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Parker/Marion (Parker, SD). The Beavers record now stands at 8-15.
