The Catoctin Cougars volleyball squad (Thurmont, MD), dropped 3-0 in Monday's league battle with the visiting Boonsboro Warriors (Boonsboro, MD)

With the win, Boonsboro improves its record to 7-5 on the season. The Warriors host South Hagerstown (Hagerstown, MD) to encounter the Rebels in a Class 4A West Region I test on Tuesday, October 14. The Rebels go into the test with a record of 2-4. South Hagerstown lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Urbana (Ijamsville, MD)

The Cougars now own a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Governor Thomas Johnson for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, October 15. Catoctin will meet a Patriots team coming off a 3-1 league win over Frederick (Frederick, MD). The Patriots record now stands at 1-3.
