Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Rice Memorial Green Knights (South Burlington, VT) and the visiting Colchester Lakers (Colchester, VT), observed Rice Memorial's volleyball team top Colchester by a count of 3-0.

The Green Knights (6-6) will now prepare for their battle against Burlington (Burlington, VT). The Seahorses go into the Division 1 battle with a 1-11 record. In their last battle, Burlington dropped by Mt. Mansfield (Jericho, VT), 3-1, in a league battle.
