California High School Football - Granite Hills topples Sierra Pacific

The Granite Hills Grizzlies (Porterville, CA) football defeated the host Sierra Pacific Golden Bears (Hanford, CA), 42-28 in Thursday's league bout.

In their next game, the Grizzlies face the Strathmore Spartans (Strathmore, CA) in a East Sequoia bout, on Friday, October 22. Granite Hills will attempt to advance on its 2-6 season record. The Spartans enter the bout with a 8-0 record after their 50-21 league win over Corcoran (Corcoran, CA).

The Golden Bears (1-7) will now prepare for their bout against Lindsay (Lindsay, CA). The Cardinals enter the East Sequoia bout with a 2-6 record. In their last bout, Lindsay defeated Farmersville (Farmersville, CA), 36-3, in a league bout.
