In Friday's league match, the visiting Bassett Bengals football squad scored a big 50-14 victory over the Tunstall Trojans.

In their next game, the Bengals clash with the George Washington Eagles (Danville, VA) in a Piedmont match, on Friday, October 21. Bassett will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record.
