The Bishop Gorman Gaels walloped the host Palo Verde Panthers football team by a count of 70-0 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Bishop Gorman upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Gaels host Foothill (Henderson, NV) to confront the Falcons in a 5A Southern - Desert outing on Friday, October 21. The Falcons go into the outing with a record of 3-6. Foothill won 43-7 in their recent league outing against Canyon Springs (North Las Vegas, NV)

With the loss, Palo Verde moves to 4-5 on the season. The Panthers travel to Legacy (North Las Vegas, NV) to confront the Longhorns in a 5A Southern - Desert outing on Friday, October 21. The Longhorns go into the outing with a record of 2-7. Legacy lost 48-6 in their recent league outing against Arbor View (Las Vegas, NV)
