October 14, 2022: Curlew, WA 99118 The Curlew Cougars football squad scored 47 points and restricted the visiting Selkirk Rangers to 14 in the Cougars league victory on Friday.
The Cougars now possess a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Inchelium for a 1B Northeast (8 Man) battle on Friday, October 21. Curlew will play a Hornets squad coming off a 50-44 league win over Columbia (Hunters, WA). The Hornets record now stands at 5-2.
Coming up next, the Rangers play the Northport Mustangs (Northport, WA) in a 1B Northeast (8 Man) challenge, on Friday, October 21. Selkirk will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record.
