In Friday's league match, the visiting Rison Wildcats football team scored a nice 37-24 win over the Fordyce Redbugs.

With the win, Rison upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Barton (Lexa, AR) to meet the Bears in a 3A Region 6 challenge on Friday, October 28. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 3-3.
