The Freer Buckaroos football squad scored 14 points and restricted the visiting Premont Cowboys to 13 in the Buckaroos league victory on Friday.

The Buckaroos now possess a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ben Bolt for a 2A-1 Region IV District 16 battle on Friday, October 21. Freer will play a Badgers squad coming off a 38-22 league loss to La Villa (La Villa, TX). The Badgers record now stands at 2-5.
