October 14, 2022: Arlington, VA 22201 The Washington-Liberty Generals football team (Arlington, VA), was beaten 41-20 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Herndon Hornets (Herndon, VA)
The Hornets (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against McLean (McLean, VA). The Highlanders come into the District 2 challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, McLean achieved victory over Wakefield (Arlington, VA), 41-7, in a league challenge.
The Generals now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Justice for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 21. Washington-Liberty will meet a Wolves team coming off a 33-23 league loss to Falls Church (Falls Church, VA). The Wolves record now stands at 0-7.
