Perry Central Bulldogs (New Augusta, MS) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host West Marion Trojans (Foxworth, MS), 42-24 in a league test.

With the triumph, Perry Central improves its record to 3-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host St. Stanislaus (Bay St. Louis, MS) to battle the Rock-a-Chaws in a 3A Region 8 test on Friday, October 21. The Rock-a-Chaws come into the test with a record of 5-3. St. Stanislaus won 38-0 in their recent league test against Seminary (Seminary, MS)

With the loss, West Marion drops to 1-7 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Jefferson Davis County (Bassfield, MS) to battle the Jaguars in a 3A Region 8 test on Saturday, October 22. The Jaguars come into the test with a record of 4-3. Jefferson Davis County lost 35-14 in their recent league test against Seminary (Seminary, MS)
