The Prospect Knights football squad scored 44 points and restricted the host Wheeling Wildcats to 12 in the Knights league victory on Friday.

The Knights now possess a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rolling Meadows for a Mid-Suburban - East battle on Friday, October 21. Prospect will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 48-14 league loss to Buffalo Grove (Buffalo Grove, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-4.

Coming up next, the Wildcats play the Elk Grove Grenadiers (Elk Grove Village, IL) in a Mid-Suburban - East battle, on Friday, October 21. Wheeling will attempt to advance on its 3-5 season record.
