October 14, 2022: Clinton, NC 28328 The Clinton Dark Horses (Clinton, NC) soccer bounced the visiting Southwest Onslow Stallions (Jacksonville, NC), 6-1 in Friday's non-league bout.
With the victory, Clinton moves its record to 14-2 on the year. The Dark Horses host Red Springs (Red Springs, NC) to confront the Red Devils in a Southeastern Athletic 2A bout on Monday, October 17. The Red Devils enter the bout with a record of 5-4. Red Springs won 2-0 in their recent league bout against Midway (Dunn, NC)
In their next game, the Stallions confront the South Lenoir Blue Devils (Deep Run, NC) in a East Central 2A bout, on Monday, October 17. Southwest Onslow will attempt to move on its 5-7 season record. The Blue Devils enter the bout with a 6-7 record after their 9-0 league loss to James Kenan (Warsaw, NC).
