October 14, 2022: Huntingtown, MD 20639 The Great Mills Hornets held off the host Huntingtown Hurricanes soccer squad by a margin of 1-0 in Friday's league match.
The Hornets now sport a 3-1 record.
With the loss, Huntingtown drops to 6-3 on the season. The Hurricanes travel to Patuxent (Lusby, MD) to encounter the Panthers in a Southern Maryland match on Monday, October 17. The Panthers come into the match with a record of 3-5. Patuxent lost 5-1 in their recent league match against Calvert (Prince Frederick, MD)
