The Indian Creek Redskins football squad scored 40 points and limited the host Mapleton Mounties to 12 in the Redskins non-league win on Saturday.

The Redskins now possess a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Edison for a non-league battle on Friday, October 20. Indian Creek will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 27-12 league loss to Harrison Central (Cadiz, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-3.

Coming up next, the Mounties play the Crestview Cougars (Ashland, OH) in a Firelands battle, on Friday, October 20. Mapleton will attempt to advance on its 4-5 season record. The Cougars go into the battle with a 4-5 record after their 27-26 league win over Western Reserve (Collins, OH).
