October 14, 2023: Middle Village, NY 11379 The Christ the King Royals football team (Middle Village, NY), was ripped 33-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Archbishop Stepinac Crusaders (White Plains, NY)
The Crusaders (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Chaminade (Mineola, NY). The Flyers come into the non-league challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Chaminade trounced Moore Catholic (Staten Island, NY), 23-0, in a non-league challenge.
The Royals now sport a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Francis Prep for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 21. Christ the King will meet a Terriers team coming off a 20-18 non-league loss to Xavier (New York, NY). The Terriers record now stands at 3-1.
