Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Mt. Pleasant knocks off Kiski Area
October 14, 2023: Mt. Pleasant, PA 15666 Mt. Pleasant Vikings (Mt. Pleasant, PA) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Kiski Area Cavaliers (Vandergrift, PA), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Vikings confront the Greater Latrobe Wildcats (Latrobe, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 16. Mt. Pleasant will attempt to better on its 13-3 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 7-5 record after their 3-2 league loss to Plum (Pittsburgh, PA).
The Cavaliers now have a 3-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Greensburg Central Catholic for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, October 17. Kiski Area will confront a Centurions team coming off a 5-1 league win over California (Coal Center, PA). The Centurions record now stands at 7-9.
