Topeka Trojans (Topeka, KS) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Salina Central Mustangs (Salina, KS), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Trojans clash with the Abilene Cowboys (Abilene, KS) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 14. Topeka will attempt to advance on its 10-23 season record. The Cowboys come into the match with a 18-13 record after their 2-1 league win over Chapman (Chapman, KS).

With the loss, Salina Central drops to 13-18 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Ellsworth (Ellsworth, KS) to clash with the Bearcats in a non-league match on Saturday, October 14.
