October 14, 2024: Lexington, MA 02421 The Lexington Minutemen football squad scored 8 points and limited the visiting Belmont Marauders to 6 in the Minutemen non-league triumph on Monday.
The Minutemen now sport a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westport for a non-league test on Saturday, October 19. Lexington will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 36-0 non-league loss to Melrose (Melrose, MA). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-2.
With the defeat, Belmont drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Marauders travel to Arlington (Arlington, MA) to meet the Spy Ponders in a non-league test on Saturday, October 19. The Spy Ponders come into the test with a record of 1-2.
