October 14, 2024: Blacksburg, VA 24060 The Blacksburg Bruins (Blacksburg, VA) volleyball held off the visiting Grayson County Blue Devils (Independence, VA), 2-1 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Bruins now possess a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Cave Spring for a bout on Wednesday, October 16. Blacksburg will clash with a Knights team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Christiansburg (Christiansburg, VA). The Knights record now stands at 12-4.
With the loss, Grayson County drops to 2-13 on the campaign. The Blue devils host Auburn (Riner, VA) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 15.
