North Carolina High School Soccer - Jordan-Matthews knocks off North Moore
October 14, 2024: Robbins, NC 27325 The Jordan-Matthews Jets soccer squad scored 7 points and held the host North Moore Mustangs to 2 in the Jets league victory on Monday.
The Jets now hold a 12-5 record. They play next when they travel to Southeast Alamance for a Mid-Carolina 1A/2A bout on Wednesday, October 16. Jordan-Matthews will play a Stallions squad coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Southern Alamance (Graham, NC). The Stallions record now stands at 11-6.
With the loss, North Moore moves to 2-8 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Seaforth (Pittsboro, NC) to play the Hawks in a Mid-Carolina 1A/2A bout on Monday, October 21. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 6-7. Seaforth won 3-1 in their recent league bout against Northwood (Pittsboro, NC)
