October 14, 2025: Roanoke, VA 24016 New Covenant Gryphons (Lynchburg, VA) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Roanoke Catholic Celtics (Roanoke, VA), 2-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, New Covenant upgrades its record to 12-7 on the campaign. The Gryphons travel to Tandem Friends (Charlottesville, VA) to play the Badgers in a challenge on Friday, October 17. The Badgers come into the challenge with a record of 0-2.
Next, the Celtics play the Carlisle Chiefs (Axton, VA) in a game, on Thursday, October 16. Roanoke Catholic will attempt to advance on its 3-11 season record. The Chiefs go into the game with a 2-4 record after their 2-0 league loss to Virginia Episcopal School (Lynchburg, VA).
