October 14, 2025: Houma, LA 70364 Central Catholic Eagles (Morgan City, LA) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Covenant Christian Academy Lions (Houma, LA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Central Catholic improves its record to 19-5 on the season. The Eagles host Central Private (Baker, LA) to face the Redhawks in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, October 21. The Redhawks come into the challenge with a record of 9-7.
Next, the Lions meet the Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy Eagles (Youngsville, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 16. Covenant Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 16-10 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 12-13 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Hanson Memorial (Franklin, LA).
