October 15, 2021: White River Junction, VT 05001 In Friday's league game, the Hartford Hurricanes (White River Junction, VT) football team tipped the visiting Burr & Burton Bulldogs (Manchester, VT), by a score of 24-22.
The Hurricanes (6-1) will now prepare for their game against Rutland (Rutland, VT). The Raiders come into the Division I game with a 6-0 record. In their last game, Rutland got by Colchester (Colchester, VT), 43-7, in a league game.
The Bulldogs now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Middlebury for a Division I game on Friday, October 22. Burr & Burton will battle a Tigers team coming off a 24-6 league win over Mt. Mansfield (Jericho, VT). The Tigers record now stands at 4-3.
