Wheeler Bearcats (Valparaiso, IN) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team run past the visiting Griffith Panthers (Griffith, IN), 28-7 in a league test.

With the win, Wheeler improves its record to 6-2 on the season. The Bearcats travel to Andrean (Merrillville, IN) to confront the Fighting 59ers in a non-league test on Friday, October 22. The Fighting 59ers go into the test with a record of 6-3. Andrean lost 17-7 in their recent league test against Lowell (Lowell, IN)
