The Marshall Redhawks football team (Marshall, MI), was ripped 69-28 in Friday's league challenge with the host Harper Creek Beavers (Battle Creek, MI)

The Beavers (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Portage Central (Portage, MI). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Portage Central trounced Central (Battle Creek, MI), 41-16, in a league challenge.

The Redhawks now sport a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they host Haslett for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 22. Marshall will meet a Vikings team coming off a 16-3 non-league win over Divine Child (Dearborn, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 6-2.
