The Eagles (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Fairbury (Fairbury, NE). The Jeffs come into the C1 District 1 challenge with a 1-7 record. In their last challenge, Fairbury was beaten by Auburn (Auburn, NE), 67-12, in a league challenge.
The Crusaders now sport a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Nebraska City for a C1 District 1 challenge on Friday, October 22. Lincoln Christian will meet a Pioneers team coming off a 57-28 league win over Falls City (Falls City, NE). The Pioneers record now stands at 5-3.
