In Saturday's league game, the Appoquinimink Jaguars (West Middletown, DE) football team smashed the host William Penn Colonials (New Castle, DE), by a final score of 40-0.

The Jaguars (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Hodgson Vo-Tech (Newark, DE). The Eagles come into the 3A District 1 game with a 1-6 record. In their last game, Hodgson Vo-Tech was trounced by St. Georges Tech (Middletown, DE), 27-21, in a league game.
