October 15, 2022: Hermon, ME 04401 The Winslow Black Raiders football team (Winslow, ME), was beaten 37-7 in Saturday's league challenge with the host Hermon Hawks (Hermon, ME)
The Hawks (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Medomak Valley (Waldoboro, ME). The Panthers come into the C North challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Medomak Valley achieved victory over Oceanside (Rockland, ME), 35-32, in a league challenge.
The Black Raiders now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Maine Central Institute for a C North challenge on Saturday, October 22. Winslow will meet a Huskies team coming off a 63-7 non-league loss to Foxcroft Academy (Dover-Foxcroft, ME). The Huskies record now stands at 2-5.
