October 15, 2022: Wilmington, DE 19803 The Wilmington Friends Quakers (Wilmington, DE) football routed the visiting Mt. Zion Prep Academy Warriors (Lanham, MD), 34-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Quakers face the Howard Wildcats (Wilmington, DE) in a 2A District 2 bout, on Friday, October 21. Wilmington Friends will attempt to advance on its 6-0 season record. The Wildcats enter the bout with a 6-0 record after their 44-18 non-league win over Hodgson Vo-Tech (Newark, DE).
The Warriors (1-5) will now prepare for their bout against Benedictine (Richmond, VA). The Cadets enter the non-league bout with a 5-2 record. In their last bout, Benedictine walloped Collegiate (Richmond, VA), 45-14, in a non-league bout.
