October 15, 2022: Harrisonburg, VA 22802 The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the Eastern Mennonite Flames (Harrisonburg, VA) and the visiting Christ Chapel Academy (Woodbridge, VA), saw Eastern Mennonite's soccer squad triumph over Christ Chapel Academy by a margin of 8-0.
The Flames now sport a 6-9 record. They play next when they host Carlisle for a Blue Ridge Athletic test on Tuesday, October 18. Eastern Mennonite will meet a Chiefs squad coming off a 4-4 league Westover Christian Academy (Danville, VA). The Chiefs record now stands at 1-8.
With the loss, Christ Chapel Academy drops to 2-12 on the season. The host Holy Family Academy (Manassas, VA) to meet the Vendeens in a test on Tuesday, October 18. The Vendeens come into the test with a record of 2-1. Holy Family Academy won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Chelsea Academy (Front Royal, VA)
