New York High School Soccer - East Aurora nudges St. Francis
October 15, 2022: East Aurora, NY 14052 East Aurora Blue Devils (East Aurora, NY) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting St. Francis Red Raiders (Hamburg, NY), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Blue Devils confront the Depew Wildcats (Depew, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 18. East Aurora will attempt to better on its 13-0 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Griffith Institute (Springville, NY).
The Red Raiders now have a 7-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Mary's for a Msgr Martin challenge on Friday, October 21. St. Francis will confront a Lancers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute (Buffalo, NY). The Lancers record now stands at 12-3.
