October 15, 2022: Towanda, PA 18848 In Saturday's non-league game, the Sullivan County Griffins (Laporte, PA) soccer squad overwhelmed the host Towanda Black Knights (Towanda, PA), by a final score of 9-0.
The Griffins (11-3) will now prepare for their game against South Williamsport (South Williamsport, PA). The Mountaineers go into the PIAA District IV-AA game with a 8-6 record. In their last game, South Williamsport was overwhelmed by Benton (Benton, PA), 3-1, in a league game.
