In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Virgin Valley Bulldogs volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Somerset Sky Pointe Eagles.

The Bulldogs (15-12) will now prepare for their battle against Spring Valley (Las Vegas, NV). The Grizzlies come into the non-league battle with a 5-4 record. In their last battle, Spring Valley nudged Virgin Valley (Mesquite, NV), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
