Chariho Chargers (Wood River Junction, RI) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Hope Blue Wave (Providence, RI), 9-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, Chariho advances its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Shea (Pawtucket, RI) to clash with the Raiders in a Division 2 test on Thursday, October 17. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 9-2. Shea won 2-1 in their recent league test against North Providence (North Providence, RI)
