October 15, 2024: East Peoria, IL 61611 Pekin Dragons (Pekin, IL) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host East Peoria Raiders (East Peoria, IL), 3-1 in a league test.
With the triumph, Pekin advances its record to 5-13 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Normal West (Normal, IL) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league test on Saturday, October 19. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 12-11. Normal West lost 5-0 in their recent league test against Peoria Notre Dame (Peoria, IL)
The Raiders now have a 3-17 record. They take the field next when they travel to Orion/Sherrard for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 16. East Peoria will clash with a United team coming off a 5-0 league loss to Monmouth-Roseville (Monmouth, IL). The United record now stands at 5-9.
