New Jersey High School Soccer - Morris County Tech knocks off Vernon
October 15, 2024: Denville, NJ 07834 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Morris County Tech Devils (Denville, NJ) and the visiting Vernon Vikings (Vernon, NJ), saw Morris County Tech's soccer squad prevail over Vernon by a count of 6-2.
The Devils (7-9) will now prepare for their battle against Boonton (Boonton, NJ). The Bombers enter the non-league battle with a 7-4 record. In their last battle, Boonton by Jefferson Township (Oak Ridge, NJ), 4-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Vikings battle the Dover Tigers (Dover, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, October 17. Vernon will attempt to upgrade on its 1-11 season record. The Tigers enter the battle with a 11-2 record after their 3-1 league win over Parsippany (Parsippany, NJ).
