The Downingtown West Whippets volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Sun Valley Vanguards to 0 in the Whippets league triumph on Tuesday.

The Whippets now have a 9-5 record. They play next when they travel to Kennett for a Ches-Mont outing on Thursday, October 17. Downingtown West will play a Blue Demons team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Downingtown East (Exton, PA). The Blue Demons record now stands at 3-8.
