October 15, 2024: Georgetown, DE 19947 In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Sussex Central Golden Knights volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the McKean Highlanders.
The Golden Knights (7-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Indian River (Dagsboro, DE). The Indians come into the non-league challenge with a 6-6 record. In their last challenge, Indian River beat Woodbridge (Bridgeville, DE), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Highlanders meet the ASPIRA Charter Wolves (Newark, DE) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 17. McKean will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 8-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Early College (Dover, DE).
