The Grant County Braves volleyball squad (Dry Ridge, KY), was edged 2-1 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Dixie Heights Colonels (Edgewood, KY)

With the win, Dixie Heights improves its record to 7-17 on the season. The Colonels travel to Newport Central Catholic (Newport, KY) to face the Thoroughbreds in a non-league test on Thursday, October 16. The Thoroughbreds go into the test with a record of 17-15.
