Louisiana High School Volleyball - St. Helena College and Career Academy overwhelmed by Mentorship Academy
October 15, 2025: Greensburg, LA 70441 The Mentorship Academy Sharks topped the host St. Helena College and Career Academy Hawks volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Sharks confront the Port Allen Pelicans (Port Allen, LA) in a Division III District 4 game, on Thursday, October 16. Mentorship Academy will attempt to advance on its 4-11 season record. The Pelicans go into the game with a 6-13 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Scotlandville (Baton Rouge, LA).
The Hawks (1-14) will now prepare for their game against Independence (Independence, LA). The Tigers enter the Division IV District 7 match with a 4-12 record. In their last match, Independence was outscored by Springfield (Springfield, LA), 3-0, in a league match.
